US SHIPPING

Pending all verifications from credit cards, Paypal and such, please allow up to 2 business days for your shipment to leave the warehouse. We try to ship within 24 hours whenever possible, not including weekends. Please note that neither FedEx nor UPS guarantees transit over the weekend. Orders taken on Fridays will ship Monday or Tuesday of the following week. Orders placed with Standard shipping will ship within 1-5 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days. THLETE reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on our website.

Arrives within 5-7 business days of shipping. Free Shipping offer applies to orders shipping Standard delivery only. When you choose the Free Shipping option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm to residential addresses..

CANADA/ALASKA SHIPPING

This is the no-questions asked method. You never have to deal with anyone, and it just works. Please go through the exhchange portal and request a shipping label. When this item is in hand, please put a note in the box with the applicable requested sizing tweak. Upong shipping, the process will take care of it from there. If you are concerned on quantity on-hand than please order another item, and we will refund the initial order amount.

You want a size tweak, but you're not entirely sure what is going to be better... the size you have in hand or the size you think you need. We got you covered! Please send us an email at exchange@thlete.com with the note and requested size tweak, and we will work with you to determine the best solution fit. Please do not request a shipping label via exchange portal. We will ship the requested item out with the a label in the box for you to determine which item you will keep vs. ship back. Because of the human interaction, this can take longer, but we try our hardest to get these processed and shipped out ASAP! If you are concerned on quantity on-hand than please order another item, and we will refund the initial order amount.

Our least favorite option because of the turnaround time. We want you dialed ASAP! We can stay late to answer emails all night long, but we can't call you at midnight to process an exchange. However, we love to talk to our customers, so if you have questions in this whole process than please give us a shout at (800) 909-7193. We will get you squared away. If you receive our voicemail than leave your name, phone number and order number, so we can solve your problems much quicker! If you are concerned on quantity on-hand than please order another item, and we will refund the initial order amount.

Returns

We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with original tags attached. Returns containing pet hair, stains, damage, altered tags or odors cannot be accepted
